    I bought a kit and just build It. TP3 shows me 12V instead of 190V, and the tubes do not turn on (I suppose it is due to the low voltage). Everything else seems to work fine. I have a NCM109 v1.1 for NCT4XX board. I did everything as the tutorial said, anyone who knows what the problem might be? Thanks! 😉
