    I’m building a DDS9910 v3.5 shield into a nice case and need to use a panel mounted encoder plugged into the board.

    The encoder I chose (CTS 288X232R161B2) doesn’t work as terminals A and B don’t return to open when the shaft isn’t being rotated. What part number is actually used on the board so I may source an identical or compatible part?
