Missing or low voltage at point TP4

    Yes, my TP4 is 11V. What shall I do to correct this situation? I don’t understand your hand-writing memo.

    5V area seems to work fine. RGB LEDs blink and I can hear the “pink panther”.
    Measured voltage at each LM3478 pin:
    #1 0V, #2 1.22V, #3 1.26V, #4 0V, #5 0V, #6 0V, #7 1.52V, #8 11.75V

    You also might want to check this.

    We are aware of cases when the ULN2003 microcircuit failed (it has a very low resistance between the terminals), and this led to the burning of the diode on the Arduino.
    Normal resistance between GND TP and terminals 1,2,3,4,5,6 is 5kOhms – 9kOhms
