    the CLITool and DisplayNixie do not have a way to control the LEDs under the nixie tubes.
    Is there a tool to control them or documentation on the API to control them ?

    Hello.

    The LEDs under the Tubes can be controlled with use of back panel buttons.
    Please refer to User Manual for the commands on LEDs.

    thanks for the reply / info however the buttons seem to do nothing. No matter what button I push or hold down nothing changes. I have a Raspberry Pi connected and its displaying the time just fine so the board seems ok.
