NCT414 Kit – 2 tubes not working

After powering up my tube clock, everything looks like it is working well, except two tubes are not turning on: the 1st-hour digit and the 2nd-minute digit.
I added some electrical tape to avoid contact with the top of the capacitors.
I swapped the tube’s position to test, and the tubes looks like working.
Leds are ok. How should I start a troubleshooting measuring to see where are the problems?- This topic was modified 1 year, 7 months ago by Tulio Silva.
