    Hi,
I have the NCT414 V1.1 with NCM109 v1.1 which I soldered. At first, all the TP1-3 measure the correct voltage, the RGB leds light up and so is the buzzer but the nixies turn on really faintly and then shut down completely. Q1 was hot.
After some time and tinkering I noticed that TP1-3 are not correct anymore and the MOSFET transistor Q1 (FDM6N25) heats up and gets really really hot.
I dont know how to proceed.
    Thank you in advance,
    Sean

If at TP3 is not at least 11.2 volts, then the problem is most likely in the power supply.
