All voltages correct, but DS18B20 hot!

    Hello! just finished assembling my board (minus installing the nixie tubes) all voltages at the test points are correct and the leds work but the DS18B20 temp sensor gets extremely hot. I installed it with the round side pointing outwards, just how the assembly instructions show. is this not correct?
