    Hi
    I have purchased the prebuilt IN-14 Arduino Shield Nixie Tubes Clock. The first nixie tube NX1 does not work. I have left a message on the support page but have not received any reply. Is anyone able to supply me some diagnostic information so that I can test the voltages to the tube pins etc. I have tried multiple Arduino boards and software programs. The associated tube 1 led lights but the tube itself does not function.
