    I have just assembled my NCM109. As soon as I powered up for the initial power voltage level checks, resistor R2 started glowing. What do you recommend I do now? Is it likely to have killed more components than just that resistor? Does the replacement resistor need to have a high voltage specification?

    In-circuit, this cluster of resistor readings are now
    r1,r3,r5 = 10k
    r2 = 100
    r4 = 160k
    r6 = 170k

    Hello.

    Please write back to fominalec@gmail.com and add pictures of your assembly for checking it for errors.
