    Hello,

    Sorry for my bad english, it’s not my native language.

    I just received my NCM109 with the Bare tubes board NCT412, everything is working except the high voltage circuit, I tested the 12v and 5v test point, I have current but not on the 150v-200v test point, even with HA pins it’s having 0V… I verified the board many times, check also the diagram, everything seems to be normal, maybe I am missing something ?

    Can you please advice what probable causes for the problem ?
