    Hi Same problem,
    My board is a NCS314 v2.2
    Here my voltage :
    SCK – 4.96V
    SCK0 – 11.3V
    MOSI – 4.96V

    LE0 – 11.30V
    TP1 – 11.30V
    TP2 – 11.29V
    TP3 – 5.00V
    TP4 – 180.00V
    I put a HV5122PJ for HV Ship
    Need help too
